It's a mixed bag. Players like winning. Saban knows how to win. At the same time, yeah, he's a tool, and wears hard not only on players, but asst. coaches as well. The downside to him is that (in his eyes) he's NEVER wrong, so that means he'll occasionally throw someone under the bus (ex.: when he coached the Dolphins, he threw the player personnel dept. under the bus.)

Is that the same department that wouldn't let Saban bring in Brees because of the shoulder? Or are you LSUers still going with the 'Saban sucks at evaluating talent' theory?
