re: Ncaa rules changes on taunting.

I still hate that it could take points off the board, if say, a player high stepped the last 2 or 3 yards in and the ref decided that was taunting. The fact that points could be removed when there isn't a penalty that helped the score (pass interference, holding..etc..) is what I think has everyone hating on this rule.
