It's not the fact that a 7-6 coach is gone, it is the blatant disrespect he showed for Tennessee. He disrespected their traditions, fans, and players. I think they have a right to be pissed.

UT fan base bit the bullet through the whole Kiffin year. They heard relentlessly how awful he was and how he would leave the program screwed. Well, now its happened and the fans really are in a quandry. Think they are more embarrassed than hurt. In the long run, this is the best thing that could happen to their program, the Kiffin hire was doomed from the beginning.

True, but it is not often we get bailed out on our mistakes. It was a mistake to hire this arse clown 14 mos ago and I'd be thanking USC for bailing TN out of this one. USC is the loser in this situation.
