Of course, college football always changes. Penn State, Nebraska, Florida St., Miami, etc.. owned the 1990s. Now look where they are. Some on mediocre, some are down. It's cyclical. USC's reign in the Pac-10 is over and the SEC is shifting from Florida/LSU to Alabama potentially owning the conference a la Southern Cal. Of course, unless LSU has anything to say about it.

Pretty sure we were pretty good in the 90's We had a little hiccup during the Zook years (even then we were only 8-5), but overall we have been a pretty steady performer the past 20+ years.
