And to answer the orginal question, Coach Saban won't be at Alabama 22 years from now. He's not going to coach into his late 70s.

I don't think Saban will coach for more than another 6-7 years. I just don't see him going the Paterno/Bowden route.

Wise post, this is the way of our world! Coaches at his level get paid so well, why not enjoy some of their life after accumulating a small fortune! I truly wish your team well the rest of the season with Saban. As long as you have him, you will have very good if not excellent teams.
Of couse, having Bama just down the road to the SEC Commish in Burninham, doesn't hurt...
