How many of you are wanting a coaching change? No flame, i find it hard to believe that some of you guys really want a coach that has averaged 10 wins a year while he has been at LSU gone...

I do not want Les fired. This offseason he needs to make some changes on the offensive side of the ball. He recognized there were mis-steps in staff on the defense last year, I feel he needs to do that for the offense this year.

I want a new Offensive Coordinator. See how that goes after a season or two and if it doesn't help, fire Les.

Only because one recruits...
Is this going to be a case of every year LSU fans needing a change...
Defensive Coordinator
Offensive Coordinator
Offensive Line Coach
Defensive Line Coach

etc...etc...etc...

LSU is 8-2 right now and can finish anywhere from 11-2 to 8-5. Obviously 11-2 shuts a few people up about wanting him fired and 8-5 opens the flood gates.

Wanting it isn't going to pay for the ridiculous $18 million buyout that Skip gave Les. They are stuck with him.

Read the rant... The they have at least 3 Fire Crowton threads a day... LSU has slowly regressed offensively, whether that is because of a young QB or what.

LSU fans are focused on what Colt, Bradford, Barkley etc did as freshmen when the honest fact is, Lee and Jefferson are not as good as those at that age.

I am not a Gary Crowton fan, I think instead of working with the players strengths he wants them to fit his system. Whether they are a right fit or not and if a play is not working he will continue it because he is stubborn. But yet that is my 2 cents, I am not an offensive coordinator or a coach unlike SO many on this site.

I actually have never liked Crowtons system. So, I never said it was good. I have never seen a coach squander so much talent on offense. It is sickening to be honest.

Yep.....unless Michigan comes a callin'.....that would be the only way I see him gone after this year....otherwise, I believe we are stuck with him for another 2 years.

3 Million per year remaining only if he were fired without cause. The 18 million number is asinine and based on nothing. With that said, it shouldn't have been included.

I don't know who I'd want as OC. But it's clear to most that last year and this year, Crowton cannot play to the strengths of his players. We need, more than anything, someone who can both coach QB and call plays.

I have no problems with the defensive staff this year, but the offensive staff needs some changes...

New O Coord.
New O-line coach. (coach Stud has to go)

I have always said about Miles, he is only as good as his coordinators. He can recruit, but will have to hire top notch coordinators to be successful.... Now if he bolted for Michigan and LSU could bring in Brian Kelly, I would
