Which Contradicts the original Police report he gave saying he was in the car... Ummm I call BS on having a video of him inside.
But you are right that he should be let go as well... they can all go to Jacksonville State and hang with RP.

he won't be charged by the DA's office. They can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt he was involved. If he gets bounced from the team, it will be later, for something else.
