He had 144 rushing yards, 176 Total Yards, and no TDs.

A) Yes helped his chance.

B) Went down with his chance.

C) Neither, stayed the same.

FWIW, I think he is going to New York for sure.

I really don't see how he is not the front runner... If everything is based off flare and numbers, then I guess you really have to give it to Keenum from Houston. He puts up big numbers in a 5 wide system, I can't remember who's done that before...

I think if you factor in team success and how much they depend on him to get the job done, his case has been made.

What kind of question is this?

That team is clearly rallied and reliant on him. He produces, makes great plays, and carries the weight of his team.. I don't think there is a player more deserving to this point. Not even baby jesus.. not even close.

I don't expect him to win it, but I think he'll be invited to New York. This is between Tim Tebow and Colt McCoy, with Case Keenum having an outside shot, although Houston can't suffer another loss.

Ingram just needs to keep his current pace, and carry it over into next season. It's often a two year campaign for RBs, especially when you have a former winner in the mix, and another QB leading a national title contender in Texas.

Not his fault, though. He had a great game. But the media have found a new love in CJ Spiller.

Heisman is a joke. Alabama player will probably never win it, because voters are ND/USC/OSU grads. They vote for their guys and they become voters. And so on and so forth. I mean, if the current gay ND QB wins it this year, that would be hilarious.

C.J. Spiller has a highlight reel, yes. However, he doesn't even have 1,000 yards of offense collectively this season. He's just a given for a long TD every game. It doesn't help him at all that Clemson is mediocre, in a mediocre conference. Jimmy Clausen won't be in New York either, especially after Navy bitch slapped the Irish.

As long as Ingram continues at this pace he's going, and his name continues to be thrown around, he'll be invited. I don't expect him to win, but I think he can certainly be there.

The Lifetime Achievement Heisman will be given to McCoy. The Heisman has been a joke of an award for years now.

This is the third game I have watched him put the bama offense on his back and carry them to a win. He did the same against Virginia Tech and South Carolina. He really came through when bama really needed him in the thick of the game. Without Ingram, I do not think bama is undefeated. I cannot think of another player who means so much to his team.
