Isn't Rammer Jammer based off of Rock and Roll part 2? Gearing up for defeat?

I thought Rammer Jammer was based off the Ole Miss fight song. However, I do agree it sounds like R&R2.

It IS R&R2. Rammer Jammer is based off of Hotty Toddy because they have the exact same structure.

"We just beat the hell outta you! Hotty Toddy Gosh Almighty, who the hell are we?"

"We just beat the hell outta you! Rammer Jammer Yellowhammer, give 'em hell, Alabama!"

But they both use R&R2 as the song to accompany said cheering.

Auburn's version is.

If you listen to our band and then listen to AU's band, you'll notice a huge difference in the music.

Auburn can't even mimic us without screwing it up.

Rammer Jammer is based off of Hotty Toddy because they both came from a 1920's homosexual movment that also included the advent of the man pom.
