Same thing I said about Bama:

A very good program with a terrific history. Excellent fan and administration support. As soon as a coach / staff reignites the attitude and environment around the football team, they WILL return to excellence.

I despise Kiffin, but the change from Fulmer has worked.

But a very weak in-state recruiting base and half the best in-state talent is from Memphis, which might as well be in another state as far as it is from Knoxville both geographically and culturally.

UT has always lived by out-of-state recruiting and that has become more and more difficult to do successfully in the last decade or so--which is why they fell off the wagon.

That is why they brought in Orgeron and he seems to be doing what needs to be done......but I wonder how long he will be happy living up there, Louisiana boy that he is.

Maybe his bond with Kiffin will be enough to make him stay, or maybe not....I guess we will see......
