but it gets muddled from there.

AU, UT, Ark, UK, USC, OM, UGA and LSU all seem about the same as far as strength.

Vandy is down from those, but capable of beating any of them.

MSU is fricked.

Very justified that you put yourself and team in teh same category as UF.

I actually agree here to some extent. I think UF is head and shoulders above the rest of the league. Bama is not at UF's level, but they are a clear cut 2nd best. After that, it is fairly muddled right now. LSU will have a shot to show if they have got what it takes when they get UF at home.

Would this be the same Bama that trailed FIU for a little while yesterday. Let's wait to see some games played.

I pretty much agree with that but from a talent perspective I think UGA and LSU are a step above the pack.

If Stafford and Moreno had stayed for another season we would be in the hunt at the top. You don't lose the #1 draft pick and the best running back in the SEC and it not have an impact. I know if if's and but's were candy and nuts we'd all have a Merry Christmas but hey the QB's for 3 of the top 5 schools stayed just not ours. I guess it speaks to the risk in recruiting top players out of state.

Florida struggled with Troy for a minute

I'm not saying that we're on Florida's level exactly...but we're not too far behind...and we're much closer than any other SEC team right now.
