This case had already been closed by the police. Insufficient evidence, and witnesses contradict the alleged victim.

There were eyewitnesses, and they said the girl consented. She wasn't passed out, she was on her knees giving one guy a BJ and another guy a hand job while a third guy was behind her "dancing" (yes the report said dancing, take it how you want).

so if I'm reading between the lines the white girl got drunk and let three black guys run a train on her and then when word got out to her new sororiety sisters she got embarrassed and cried rape.

Charges were dropped as the victim was found to be a relative of the perps, completely legal in Arkansas.
