The block against Hardy wasn't illegal. The offensive lineman had pulled back and disengaged with Hardy moments before the other blocker "cut him"

An illegal chopblock is when a blocker "cuts" a player while he is engaged with another blocker.

I watched the block a couple times yesterday and it looked liked the Lineman pulled off just in time.

He pushed him over the cut.
IMO. maybe not blatantly illegal, but still an ill intentioned block.
