Well this isn't Alabama's doing, is it? It's this company.

and then the judge said, no.. you stole the 250K an sentenced her.

U.S. District Judge Scott Coogler dismissed the claim by Robin Lee Jones and sentenced her to four years in prison for stealing $250,000 from the company.

So i guess now that Andre is gone, they are trying to cover it up by saying she stole it. The judge is a Bama homer by the way. Someone already looked up his bio.

That's irrelevant. Alabama wasn't paying her. They didn't do anything wrong unless they endorsed it, and I doubt they would. Even if they did, you couldn't prove it.

Odds are that a high ranking employee in that company is a Bama alumni..

better odds are that she was convicted of stealing it and plead guilty.

Who cares? Unless he is an employee of the University of Alabama, you can't pin it on them.

this is how players get paid, through middlemen and other channels and is hard to prove. She admitted it.

Eeer.. if there were Alabama alumni involved it would have been a major violation..

The claims were dismissed though.. so that's pretty much that.

by a judge who probably got kickbacks to punish this woman.

First bama pulls scholarships, and now they are getting back all the monies they have paid out to recruits.
