Of course, every SEC school has good fraternities on the same level so the feel of the whole school doesn't matter much.

Thats figured is inflated. But it literally is somewhere in the 40s

Phi Delt, Sigma Nu, and Sigma Chi are probably the best in Oxford from what I remember.

Kappa Alpha, DKE, SAE, and Sigma Nu are the best at Bama.

I don't know much about the other schools but all of the top houses are fairly equal.
