When another mediocre season comes to pass, is he a goner? Great family man but seems as though he can't handle the hype. Thoughts??

I hate Richt probably as much as anyone. But the guys got an 80% winning percentage, competes year in and year out, and is a huge upgrade over Donnan, Goff, etc.
Who are they gonna get thats better?
He is an above average coach. I'd compare him to Peyton Manning in the NFL...could never get over the hump against the Pats...until one time, he did.
He'll eventually have the pieces fall into place, hopefully his players dont let him down.
I think the school is just cursed.

I have to say that I hate marky mark richt as much as anybody on here. I don't forsee uga getting rid of richt, but I do believe some of the uga faithful are tired of getting kicked in the balls every year by UF and richt has a knack of his team just plain not showing up for games.
Now at some point just winning 10 games a year can't be good enough anymore, but I don't ever see uga firing richt because he is averaging 10 wins a season. Just my 2 cents.

At least Richt's team won (decisively) its Sugar Bowl game against an undefeated mid-major.
