You really ought to my read posts before you respond. I have said time and time again, Kiffin shouldn't have signed him you stupid dipshit. I'm saying that I find it hard to believe Tennesse fans would approve of this. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Kiffin is a total idiot for signing him. I have never once even remotely insinuated that I think what the kid did was okay. Why don't you take a reading comprehension course or pull your head out of your arse when posting about such things.

I never said that and neither did anyone else, and you need to stop changing your fricking story you. Either he raped her or he didn't. What he did was DESPICABLE, but he didn't rape the girl. He refused any involvement other than duck taping her - which was still stupid as shite - but he didn't rape her. That doesn't make it okay, but you certainly shouldn't be prancing around like the little bitch claiming that "UT SIGNED A RAPIST!!! UT SIGNED A RAPIST!!!!", while conveniently leaving out two important details:

1. He was 14 when it happened (which blows the "I remember when people stopped recruiting him because of this" bullshite stories)

2. When asked to do more than he had already done, he refused (keeping in mind that the other guy involved was an 18 year old) He no more "raped" that girl than Bo Jackson could speak without a lisp.
