A lot of things had to go wrong for that to happen.
DZSO made a bad call.
I'm hearing one of the other jumpers had a bad PLF in the stadium and the other (of the three) had to abort his approach and he landed in the parking lot somewhere.
The flag bearer had that anchor and the headwinds and updraft got'im.
