He is a fricking treasure..I think there are a few coaches most people like now..probably didn't when coaching when competing with them

His winning percentage is amazing when you consider the programs he coached.

Texas Tech: 2x SWC Co-Championships in the 45 seasons they played in a major conference prior to Leach.

Washington State: 4x conference championships in the century+ they had in major conference prior to Leach.

Mississippi State: 1 conference title and 1 division title since 1896.
