OU pulls two 2027 4* Recruits out of Bama / 4 commits today, 5 in 4 days

Our 27 class is lights out. Both committed today, both from Mobile, Alabama.

We got 4 commits just today. Final one is #1 TE Seneca Driver out of Kentucky. Thats a day. GM Nagy is really making an impact
All today except Cooper Witten was on Mar 3rd. Hellofa week

Cooper Witten is going to be the star of this class.
Before his dad became a star TE at Tennessee and an NFL 11x pro-bowler (and the all-time receiving leader for the Dallas Cowboys), he was a defensive star. Recruited as a Defensive End, there was a battle between John Chavis and Randy Sanders for whether Jason Witten would be a TE or DE. Sanders won because Chavis had more depth at the position. How many 220 pound linebackers run the 100-M in 10.91? I'm telling you...Cooper Witten is going to be a game-changer for OU on defense before it's all said and done.

They lowered our two 5 star OL commits on 247 lol . Seems anytime OU gets a highly ranked commit them Texas scouts lower the ratings … Does Texas ever wonder why they out recruit everyone usually but don’t win….. inflated recruiting rankings lol.

Greydon Howell is a phenom and he's as crazy good in basketball and baseball as he is in football. A generational talent. If the OU conditioning coaches can put 15-20 pounds on his 175-pound frame, the sky's the limit for this young man, whether he plays RB, WR or even QB. When I watch him play football, I'm reminded of an OU player from the 1970s. How many Sooner fans here remember Joe Washington?
