Fowler and Osterhouse back in the lineup tonight - no visible bruises on Bryce. Haven’t seen anything about Humphrey.

We might need a “midweek baseball thread” and a “weekend baseball thread”
I didn’t even know this was here
Alabama up 3-0
Also, for the people upset that we don’t blow our midweek opponents out of the water every time.
Still early but currently …
Louisiana 2
LSU 0
Florida AM 5
Florida 4
North Alabama 1
Ole Miss 0
Final
Western Carolina 10
UGA 9
… nobody cares
This is the only thing I’ve ever agreed with LTL on.

Only one hit for Bama so far (Brady Neal) but ASU isn’t giving them a whole lot of chances with 8 walks and a hit by pitch thru the first 3).
Still - have left the bases loaded twice - unable to captilize.

And as I hit submit, Bronny with the home run

I’m happy to contribute wherever - but when Bama’s in town, I hope to be there, so I’m not a good, consistent candidate to start these (and especially not to keep them updated during the game except for nights like tonight).
The more discussion the better.
Was hoping to see some fresh faces tonight but I guess Coach wants to get the SEC lineup going

Somebody else has been starting them
In the past it’s been one giant season long thread.
Not a fan of that.

Bama gives up a 3 run home run but ASU is graciously walking us back into run rule territory

I hate that I’m missing this on SWAC TV with their one Birds Eye view.

Alabama baseball (11-3) took advantage of ample baserunners, cruising to a 13-4 win over Alabama State (6-6) at Wheeler-Watkins Baseball Complex on Wednesday. The Crimson Tide stole nine bases in the victory, tying the single game program record. Alabama was hit by a pitch seven times to match the program game high while also drawing 15 walks, one free pass shy of tying the Tide's most in a single game.
John Lemm finished 2-for-4, working three walks to go with a double, a stolen base and three runs scored. Justin Lebron closed 2-for-5, adding a solo home run, two walks, two steals and two runs scored to his ledger. Brady Neal also provided multiple hits in a 2-for-4 effort, collecting two doubles, two RBI, one stolen base and a run scored. Bryce Fowler was 0-for-1 but walked three times while scoring a run, with Jason Torres earning four free passes and two RBI. Brennan Holt stole three bases as part of a 1-for-3 night, adding two RBI, one walk and a run scored. Justin Osterhouse tallied one hit in four at-bats, driving in a run with a single in a five-run 4th.
Alabama deployed a variety of arms on Wednesday, including Joe Chiarodo, who made his first collegiate start against the Hornets. The freshman didn't allow a run over his 2.0 innings, scattering two hits and a walk to open the game. Luke Smyers followed Chiarodo with 2.0 scoreless innings of his own, picking up a strikeout while surrendering just one hit and a walk. Connor Lehman gave up a three-run home run in his second inning on the mound, as the sophomore was responsible for three runs, three hits and a walk over 1.2 innings. Anthony Pesci saw extended action in the later innings, tossing 2.1 scoreless frames to go with two strikeouts. Tate Robertson was on the mound for the final inning, seeing an unearned run cross the plate as the result of one hit and one walk, though he did manage a strikeout across his five batters faced.
