What’s to stop some local judge in another state declaring Bediako ineligible?

Say, before Alabama travels to Florida next week, UF goes to some local judge (preferably a UF booster) and has him put an injunction on Alabama to prevent them from playing an illegal player in the state of Florida. What’s to stop them?
When Bama goes to another state, some local judge in that state can put the same injunction on Bama for their particular state.
Each school finds some local judge who also supports the school to just issue injunction after instruction anytime Bama plays out of the state of Alabama. I mean, since judges now act as a quasi-NCAA, why not?

It doesn't cancel out. The goal is just to delay to a higher court. He will be found ineligible, but it might be July we'll past the season. Welcome to the US system of law.
