It’d be cool but I remember half the reason he left was he hated recruiting. Can’t imagine he wants to dive back in with even more turnover roster wise year to year than ever before.

Maybe some people have more intel on what Monken did or didn't do in recruiting, but I'm sure he had to sign off on players like Ladd McConkey and AD Mitchell. McConkey's only other offer was UTC, and Mitchell was the composite #63 receiver in the country.
I like your idea the best. Ask Monken which under the radar players he likes and then go pay a little more for them.
Also, if he doesn't want to be an on-field coach, pay him like one and buy him and his wife a house on Lake Oconee lol.

Promote Bobo to asst. GM and Director of Recruiting and offer Monken 3 months paid vacation from spring game until June 1. $5M a year salary. Bobo has always been a great recruiter.

That would be the most Falcon thing they've ever done if they hired Monken. Pittman isn't coming back. Matt Luke would be nice but he doesn't want to work as hard as Kirby expects him. I think Searles is here for a while.
