I switched from Zyn to the Grizzly nicotine pouches. Zyn fricked my stomach up for some reason.

Need to move on to something like this but I’m not really addicted to the nicotine as much as I am the ritual of ripping cigs

They’re hard to kick. The higher the MG the more you want it. I find it better than dipping but IDK if anyone knows the long term damage these new pouches can cause. Grizzley gives you 20 pouches too.

I’m not a Ben Shapiro fan whatsoever, never watched him, but it’s weird that Tucker carlsons dad was in the CIA and he actively promotes getting fellows addicted into nicotine slavery

I started stealing cigarettes out of my mothers purse when I was 12. Smoked half a pack a day in high school. Was a 3 pack a day smoker when I finally quit at age 59. 79 now and still have breathing problems but had I not quit would have been dead years ago. Anything with nicotine is habit forming and will kill you before you grow old.

I don’t do them but I guess if you had to have a nicotine addiction, it’s the healthier option to not jeopardize your lungs

I went to my doctor the year after I quit smoking, told her I quit and she checked me out closely and told me (at 60) I had the lungs of a 75 year old. Every year at my annual physical she checks my lungs and by now at 79 my lungs are about healed. Maybe 85 years old, she said.

I loved dipping, but hated being a slave to it. Quit and am happy I did.

I dipped a can a day from age 18 to probably 23ish.
From 23ish to about 35ish I was absolutely addicted to camel snus tobacco pouches. If I was awake and not eating I had a pouch in.
After having a child, and seeing a tiny bit of initial gum damage, I quit cold turkey on the spot. Switched from snus to the nicotine pouches, then after a bit switched from that to coffee ground pouches, then quit that entirely.
Haven't had any tobacco or nicotine in probably 5 years.
