...and Saban with a very good point....Would we allow the winner of the AAA baseball league in the World Series playoffs?

Meanwhile, Nick Saban adopted a sharper tone in discussing the Group of Five CFP squads and settled on the same specific team as Meyer. On The Pat McAfee Show, Saban took the entire idea of G5 Playoff teams to task. "Would we allow ther winner of the AAA baseball league... in the World Series playoffs?" asked Saban. "That's the equivalent of what we do whe JMU gets into the College Football Playoff and Notre Dame doesn't."

Ranked USC had a pulse....so did ranked Pittsburgh....but the mighty LSU beat Western Kentucky Hilltoppers by 3 points.....boy, all that loaded talent at LSU.

Well, at least now you agree they aint got shite. Every team has talent that has to be developed....LSU is nothing special.

I would say the same thing if I was LSU fan and my team trailed Notre Dame 11 to 4 in Nattys.

Hey, no argument from me that its been forever since ND has won a Natty and Ive expressed more than once here and on other forums...ND does great recruiting but never lands an elite QB. If they ever did....who knows how many titles they would have right now? They never get a Joe Burrow like your LSU got or a Cam Netwon like Auburn...or Vince Young like Texas or Jameis Winston like FSU or Tim Tebow like Florida....we have to play National Championship games with a scrub like Golson against Alabama...dude could only throw for 2,000 yards and 11 TD's in the season....our defense was ranked 6t in the nation and the only thing that carried us there.

It's because Notre Dame is a has been and can't land elite talent like LSU can.

Mostly the skill positions. Notre Dame never has multiple elite players at the skill positions and that's why they can't win natties anymore.

Notre Dame isn't even the best team in their state. They should stop crying about not making the playoffs when their best wins are Boston College and Stanford.

Never heard of Jadarian Price? CJ Carr....which Im not sold on....but still a Finalist for the Manning Award which goes to the top QB in college football. ND always has multiple players at skill positions....we just never have the QB.
