Everyone outside the SEC is killing Florida right now in an attempt to condemn Texas. These teams couldn’t even imagine playing Floridas schedule. Florida took four playoff teams into the 4thQ within a possession. How Many Florida players would start for Indiana, BYU, Tech, Oregon, etc? Quite a few I suspect. Jaden Baugh, Slaughter, Sapp, Wilson, Banks, Barber, Lagway, Wilson III, etc. They got elite players at premium positions who can take you into the deep waters any Saturday.

Florida (4-8) also lost 38-7 to a (5-7) Kentucky team.
Florida has talent, no question, but they lacked development, game plan and scheme this year and the past few years.
But hey, one of their wins sunk the playoff hopes of texas so I guess they should get some credit.

Yet, they faired well against most of the top half of the SEC. If we’re saying Florida is garbage, well then what is the league?

PK has always struggled against far split veer and shoot offenses. It’s a miracle we were able to shut Miss State down in the 4th. Didn’t they have the Ags down at halftime? Not competitive against Ohio State? Check their box scores this year.

By "faired well" you mean lost to all the top half of the SEC except for texas, who they beat.
I'd say it demonstrates good depth in the SEC. But texas couldn't win where the rest of the top half of the conference did.

Texas out gained Ohio State by 200 yards, one team converted a 4th and goal, the other didn’t. That was the game. A&M would get dog walked by a line of scrimmage like Ohio State.

Texas also had no healthy back, No LG, Two Starting DBs out, and Arch was still struggling with mechanics. It was a 42 day SEC road trip. What’s Georgias excuse? They should have lost to Florida too if not for that ridiculous call.

Welcome to the SEC buddy, where the away game lineup can feel like an eternity and injuries are always piling up.
It may take some getting used to but I'm sure yall will figure it out and hopefully stop whining before too long.
