Can someone explain the rules about alters etc

I know you are not allowed to say anything derogatory on the bama board
Or you’ll get thrown off
I guess because they are too sensitive
Maybe the secrant is wide open to obvious alters and trolls
(If that’s the rules well fine)
Do the same rules apply to the tiger rant board?
Seems like it’s wide open for any comments from any fan base
