I hope it works out. I'm sure I will be able to trick my brain into believing again right before the season starts. Arkansas has to show they are willing to spend to compete or just quit pretending and shut the motherfricker down. That's why I was all about Sam Pittman getting his raise regardless if he deserved it. Our pay is shite compared to the rest of the conference. We're supposedly rich af so I don't understand the reluctance to spend. Anyways, I passed the 40 mark last year and while I'm not "old" I just can't bring myself to give enough shits to be mad anymore

Has a lot to do with our AD(changed his tune) and head coach during the NIL era that didn’t think they had to work and people would just fork over money.
