Are there still shadow "doping scandals" in American sport?

You don't hear about it much these days, but I bet it's still there under the rugs.

It wouldn't surprise me if a few college programs have ulterior motives leading them astray.

If you are asking if athletes still use PEDs and if University staffs and/or leagues know about it, then the answer is a resoundng yes.

To be honest steroids make you bigger and stronger but technique, speed, and agility trump it. Your not really seeing it in athletes like you did back in the 80's.. training is so much more advanced and you do have testing the risk isn't worth it

Bigger, stronger, faster with improved reflexes.

That coupled with advanced training techniques only enhances the effects. Plus, the advancements in PEDs has made them safer as well. I'd wager it is more prevalent today. It is just not the talking point it once was.

Speed is technique and genetics..taking steroids doesn't make you faster ..same with agility they do nothing for reflexes..those are neural not muscular they do help with recovery and ability to train harder handle more Volume..but again in today's athletic world speed kills that doesn't come in a pill or shot..yet lol
