Whats happening to Lane Kiffin is wrong

Ole Miss is acting extremely bipolar and unstable. One day they act like a stage 5 clinger - Oxford is a real deal Jim Jones cult where everyone ia happy and if Lane is truly mature he will stay there and live forever, never leaving or even hinting at a life outside of The Dumpster.
On the other hand, they act like a jilted ex-wife, completely delusional, thinking they can just find another coach and it will be plug and play, as if Kiffin didn't built the place from a pile of human shite that Ole Miss had been wallowing in for the last 7 decades. Willing to commit self-harm by not letting Kiffin coach the playoffs, all but blowing their historic chance at a Championship run over pettiness.
Meanwhile, in sane world, North Texas' coach just got poached, but like non-retards, they are going to let him coach through a potential playoff berth, because they know he gives them the best shot at winning (however slim it might be).
And yes, Ole Miss is being compared to North Texas because for the last 70 years, thats all you were. A pile of shite dump that made Jackson, Mississippi look like Eufaula, Alabama.

What Lane Kiffin is doing is wrong. Be a fricking man and stick to your contract through the end of this season. Coach your team. It’s insane that a coach in the middle of a playoff run would be out applying for other jobs.
What kid would ever want to play for a POS like that, who would just up and leave his team for some other job in the same conference.
If LSU and Florida want him so bad, they can wait until he’s done coaching for the year. If they don’t want to wait for “the best coach ever” than obviously he isn’t worth it.

And the school is being blackmailed without a way out.
Right now OM is being penalized by the playoff committee due to unknown coaching situation. They dropped them one spot already solely due to the drama. Its reported they could drop 2 more if he leaves.
As for the school what are they to do? If they fire him then they drop in playoff rankings and could even be tossed. If they sit idle they still have a chance to keep their current spot if they win Sat. The school is in a stalemate situation with no good options.
Had they not been in playoffs they could have fired him. And throughout all this the players are suffering seeing all the talk plus seeing them dropped a spot in playoffs solely based on rumors.
Lane could have ended the drama by saying he’s staying. Since he didn’t then any normal person will speculate he’s leaving and the committee also thinks so by dropping them a spot on rumors. If he actually leaves they can drop them more.
He is scum for putting his players and school through this.
