Demello Jones is a player. He impressed me last week. Has he been playing that good all year?

Came in during the second half of the Bama game and never looked back. He's a fricking tazmanian devil!

Taking away the screens, jet sweeps, and reverses is key to beating Texas. Their straight up run game is bad and their OL doesn't protect well. So the bailout for Arch is to get the ball to his athletes quickly and see if they can make a play. Once you force Texas to have to drop back and pass they are in trouble because Arch is going to get hit a lot.

I actually don't think Arch is a bad QB but it's tough to succeed without a run game or an OL that protects you. That impacts accuracy as well when you are always worried about getting pummeled. If you had Arch and Gunner trade places it would be interesting to see the result. That said he decided he likes baby shite orange and a uterus on his jersey so I hope he never wins another game.

Take the short stuff away. Arch cannot throw reliably past five or so yards if you watch him. He will get better, but the kid has happy feet and terrible mechanics

I would feel bad for Arch but then I remember he grew up with generational wealth and makes millions on his own because of his last name.

It’s mostly a factor of the OL not protecting. I’ve noticed Arch has really sped up his release.
