The current CFP situation is absolutely bizarre. Fire Stankey now.

So Bama loses by 2 points to a good OU team and they were taken out behind the woodshed and shot.
We are now in the totally unacceptable position that if Texas Tech loses the Big 12 championship game, Bama is knocked out of the playoffs.
That is absurd. Stankey deserves to be fired for nominating the Arkansas AD (who by definition doesn't know much about football) to that committee. Stankey agreed to this whole "team pods" crazy set up.
SEC really needs to fire Stankey before he agrees to anything else that screws the SEC. The conference already has a really shitty low payout TV contract.

Bama wouldn’t be in jeopardy of being left out if there weren’t guaranteed slots and they took the top 12 ranked teams.
