Yall realize A&M and OSU will have a common opponent?
Texas.
If A&M stays undefeated up until Texas, that game means something to Texas because they lose and they aren’t going to the playoffs unless the best Georgia somehow.
But for A&M it’s likely for the number one seed at that point if they win it.

If A&M gets through the Texas game without a loss, they deserve to be ranked #1. But then how does it end in Atlanta? With a loss, they probably slide one or two spots but still in the top 4. OSU has to hope Michigan wins up until they play and continue to climb th rankings. They lose that one and they aren’t in the B1GCG. They will fall out of the top 4.
