Demello Jones mightve seriously fricked up his arm or shoulder. He started getting the most reps oppossite Everettes in with the Kentucky game. Cornerbacks haven't been an issue since. Sucks.

Harris has been a healthy DNP for like over a month now. Guess he lost PT and pouted. Sucks for Demello but I Guess Ellis will take all the 2nd CB snaps now.

Idk SoFi but I gathered that was the case from context clues. First, Kirby doesn’t usually outright bench a guy who’s been getting 50% of the snaps without an egregiously bad play or penalty or something. I think originally they said it was a shoulder or something but he has been fully participating in practice and warm ups.
Second, Rusty, Reuse, and Rowe essentially refused to say anything about it at the time. They don’t bat 1000 but I trust their judgement and the underlying assumption was doghouse/ transfer candidate.

When was the last time Kirby had a 4 man rotation at cornerback? Harris has been the fourth corner.

Sofl site sucks now. No new info and just has a hard on for Ellis Robinson for some reason.
Thinks he's a better DB coach and talent evaluator than Kirby when it comes to secondary guys.
He also said Jalen Kimber would be a first round pick and bitched and moaned when Kirby processed his arse.

With Ondre Evans and now potentially Demello out for a while, we're getting shorthanded at corner. Kyron Jones would've been a possible backup, but he's out too. If Harris is unavailable, that leaves Robinson and Everette as starters and then several untested freshmen. I guess Dom Kelly is next man up and then maybe Dinkins or Gilbert. After that we're in the weeds.
