We couldn't fire Sam because of the buyout but the money people didn't want to give Sam the resources. So don't spend the money to fire or support.

Now I hear the name has to be exciting enough to generate support but we need to get him at a discount.

Make this make sense?

It’s a UofA culture problem imo

Which is why it’s been said replacing Pittman & Yurachek are just bandaids on a bullet wound. Replacing them appease the peasants temporarily without fixing the real problem.

Yurachek wanted to save face and come out looking smart by firing Sam with a reduced buyout. It's really nothing more than that.

As for a great savings coach, it seems like framing for BMFP.

I think he fired Sam at the perfect time, to make it look like Bobby had two weeks to go into a murderers row. And that way he can’t say he wasn’t given a chance.
