I think however Tua's contract is structured, it means he's back at least in 2026 with Miami. No other team is going to trade and take on that contract. If you get a $250 million contract, you need to elevate the offense around you...Tua hasn't done that. To go from leading the NFL in passing a couple of years ago to this is tough to watch. And this isn't Mac in New England...Tua has some legit offensive weapons at RB and WR.

Tua has lost his arm and lost his team due to the combo of his performance and his behavior. I sense that 2026 he may be a backup quarterback with no chance of playing meaningful snaps like Watson w/ Cleveland.
I hate it but it is time for him to hang em up.

He definitely looks like a shadow of the QB he was at Bama pre-injury. Still the best pure college passer in my lifetime talent wise...maybe all the cumulative injuries/concussions caught up with him.
Heck, they might bench him for Quin Ewers at this point.

So sad what injuries did to him. This ain't what we saw in 2017 up to his first injury mid-season 2018.

Didn't know Tank Bigsby plays for the Eagles. I've always pulled for Tank when he wasn't playing Bama. Always seemed like a tough runner.

Looking forward to watching Mac on Sunday Night Football. This may be his last starting opportunity to put on film...would love to see him go 4-1 in five starts...of course, he still doesn't get to throw to their WR1, who is still out.
