Interesting quirk about SC's schedule the next few weeks...

This is it....
After LSU, We are the letdown game for the next three/four teams.
We get Okie after the Red River Shootout, Bama after the TSIO, and Ole Miss after Okie. Then we get A&M after they play Missouri and our 2nd bye week.
It likely won't make any difference for us, but all of those teams have a bigger game before they play the gamecocks.

If A&M wasn't playing at home, I might tend to agree. On the flip side, SC has never beaten A&M in College station.

5 in a row against top 13 teams, with 3 of those on the road, is absolutely brutal.

That’s gonna be rough. May be the toughest 5 game schedule I’ve ever seen. Not sure anyone’s had 5 straight top 10 matchups on their schedule before
ETA toughest schedule I remember is 2019 LSU who had 7 top 10 opponents on their schedule but that was across an entire season
