Surprised nobody is talking about Kirby’s Q4 management

Not taking points to tie when you are at home and trailed the entire game + the utilization of timeouts down the stretch was some Les Miles esque bullshite.
Not a peep? How does Kirby get a pass on this kind of stuff, that was terrible game management at the end.

That was actually one of the first things I thought about this morning when thinking about the game. I sure am glad Kirby didn't kick the field goal and tie the game, because the momentum had swung and Bama wasn't moving the ball as efficiently has they had in the first half. If Kirby elects to tie the game right there and makes it to OT with a tie, UGA probably wins easily.

Because every coach has flaws? Even Saban, Meyer, Pete, Miles, Jim H, Ryan Day, Dabo, Spurrier, Bowden, etc all have had flaws.
They overcome them by making up for those flaws 10 fold usually.
They are not perfect, only human to ever be was clearly Jesus, the literal son of God.

Kirby is a good coach, but you’re getting paid millions of dollars and you don’t know how to use timeouts.
It was dumb. Not taking the points was also dumb in that situation IMO, but that is at least a debatable risk/reward thing whereas mismanaging clock is just mismanaging clock.
TF is this white knighting anyway? Coaches above criticism? UF dickriding UGA?
