We have the record I thought we would at this point. Just not how I imagined we’d get there. I definitely prefer the loss frontloaded. lol

Pass pro looked great. Linebackers and safeties were mostly in position in passing situations. Need to get better at controlling run game on D. Still some missed gap assignments and hesitancy to adjust with pre-snap motion on offense. Also need to work more sweeps and outside runs. We have a frick ton of perimeter speed and need to use it to attack and wear down defenses.

Also a few other games I had pegged as crucibles don’t look that tough anymore. I think we should handle Tennessee, South Carolina, and LSU. Oklahoma and Auburn will still certainly be tough outs. But out of OU, Auburn, and Mizzou, I figure we have to win AT LEAST one. Worst case scenario with this schedule, three losses would be excusable for a playoff bid, but I’m tempted to say we win at least two of those three. Roll damn Tide.
