Did he say this before or after he received Kenny Bell's signing day commitment? Did he think that Janzen Jackson had poor integrity last week when he was trying to get him to break his commitment to LSU?
For the record, I have no problem with a player switching. Players should go where they want to go. I think that it says nothing about their character if they do. I know that Saban used this BS on Sentimore to try and keep him in the fold at Alabama while at the same time trying to get other players to break their commitment to other schools. He compliments his commits for signing with him while accepting Bell's switch from LSU.
What an absolute liar. He's so brazen about it, he doesn't even care.
And, for the record, I fully expect every Bama fan on this board to defend him because that is what you do no matter what he does. That's fine. Just don't expect other fans to let it go.
Crap like this will be broadcast for the next recruiting season and it will come back to bite you. So will signing 27 when you only have room for 12.

Yeah, I relish lots of things. I loved LSU's recruiting haul today. I loved our national championship last year. I love my wife and kids and the good people that I know.
But, I can't stand liars who tell recruits to have integrity by sticking to their commitment, while at the same time trying to convince other recruits to break their commitment.

Not a single actual response to what Saban said and did from Bama fans. Typical. But, how can you defend the indefensible?
The thing is, I wouldn't care if he didn't spout off about integrity and praise guys for having character by keeping their commitments. He spews total BS constantly. As I said, I don't care if he flips a guy to him. Good for him. He has every right to do so. I would have been very happy if we had been able to flip TR and won't be mad if Janzen Jackson signs elsewhere. Just save the crap about how his guys have character because they kept their commitment to him. According to reports, Saban cheated on his wife with ex-Gov. Edwin Edward's wife while he was the coach at LSU. It was all swept under the rug and kept hush-hush from the media, but people all over Baton Rouge heard about it.

My point is that Nick Saban has NO credibility when it comes to verbal commitments. It is a skill at which he sucks.
