Kid is a stud and a warrior. Can’t even find a picture of him where he isn’t smiling. Went perfect (13-13 FG, 40-40 XP) in 2023 and almost died last year…back at it now.

He got all the way down to 110 lbs? I am glad that he has been able to get healthy again, I know UC can be a bitch.

I hope he is able to recover his previous form and have an excellent season. Hopefully his range hasn’t been to negatively affected by UC draining his strength and his leg is able to find its old strength.

I'm glad he's doing better. It was so odd seeing AU struggle with FGs last season. I've been around almost 40 years and I can't remember them ever having a less than stellar special teams especially FG kicker

Shouldn’t have struggled, Towns is/was a super solid kicker…I think it was just such a surprise for him to start he couldn’t pull it together and calm himself.

He was offered a full ride to Ole Miss, but Towns grew up in Auburn.

My son kicked against him in the finals of a competition a couple of years ago…Towns just missed from 61, but every ball before that was unreal good. He definitely had the best ball flight at that camp.

My son is redshirting this year…but Towns’ struggles are a shining example of what kind of mental shape he needs to be in…just in case. Anything can happen.
