Why won’t my avatar show?

I use Flickr.com. I chose a small pic (376x376) as my avatar and placed it in settings. It was apparently accepted but won’t show in the forums. What am I doing wrong?

use postimages.org instead...

Select “choose images”
Upload your pic.
Copy “direct link”
Return to TD
Click “Img” button
Paste “direct link”
