That has to be the mantra for this years team. We have extreme upper level talent in a lot of spots but are still young.
Being physical, effort, and energy will define this team. I’ve said it over and over. We will win the games that we play more violent then the other team. It’s really that simple.

for starters its "choose" violence, not chose violence.
Secondly, execution and scoring points wins ball games. You can be as violent as you want and still get your arse handed to you by a team that executes.
Now what you were probably thinking was that Auburn needs to be more physical at the point of attack and when tackling. That sentence people can agree with. I choose violence is just dumb and no one is signing on to that train of thought.

It’s stupidity to think that the most “physical” teams don’t win you dumbass.

Like I said earlier I’ll be rubbing it in your face when the proof is on the field.
Last season we were soft, played soft, lost soft. If that doesn’t change we will again lose to lesser rosters.

Just like 2 years ago I stated that to have any success we had to be strong on the interior OL and interior DL. We were not and lost our asses off and looked horrible doing it. Yes out WRs completely sucked but we could have won some games with decent play on the interior.
Last season I thought reducing turnovers would help with wins, little did I know our special teams would be absolutely horrendous.

I do think “physicality” at the line of scrimmage is paramount.
