Gamecock Womens Golf wins the SEC Tournament

The womens golf team had an incredibly successful week. In the stroke play portion they won the #1 seed going into matchplay by an impressive 6 strokes. That is with +4 last day. In the matchplay portion they beat Tennessee 3-2, Ole miss 4-0-1, and then UF in the finals 3 1/2 to 1 1/2.

The athletic department has done a pretty good job this academic year bringing home some conference hardware. Men’s tennis will try to add to that today.
