$4 million seems like a lot until you consider how trashy it is

Depends on which side you are talking about. West side theres not enough money to make me want to live in memphis. Im including Germantown. However the east side with smokey mountains is similar to NWA with out the wal.art and tyson investment. I would happily live there

It's about a carbon copy of Arkansas in that there are some parts that aren't so lovely, and parts that are absolutely beautiful.
Cripes......I've lived in both states and in a lot of respects, they mirror each other in some ways.

Depends on which part of the state. I don’t like UTk but Tennessee is nice.

It is funny that it was the lawsuit by UT that caused all of this.
