They probably weren't making a lot of profit from it or caused other problems. I'm gen-x and this younger generation drinks nowhere near as much as we did.

We couldn't buy high-THC gummies on the internet. All we had was Amstel Light and Killian's Red, and Pete's Wicked Strawberry for the girls.

When I was a freshman in 1996, I found a beer I could buy $9.99 a case. Deerfield Light or something like that. Absolute deer piss but it got the job done.

Beer for the plebians really does make Sanford Stadium louder and helps out with crowd noise when we're on defense.
Troipicalia tall boys last season allowed me to be more consistent for four quarters when compared to drinking liquor before going into the stadium.

The trop tall boys get warm too quick and are too hoppy to chug.
