with such high expectations and an apparent top 10 preseason ranking?
I certainly see it as possible.

I don't think they'll win the SEC west, but I wouldn't say faceplant.

They get Bama and LSU at home........they must win both of those games to have a shot.....not sure they can do it, but I would think they win 9 games.

I think they beat Bama and lose to LSU. Whats the rest of their schedule like? Do they play Memphis and Wofford St again?

No we won't. That's all you need to know.

They will, it is both Nutt's and Ole Miss's MO to shite the bed when they have expectations.

I wouldnt crown anyone a champion in the West but I'm pretty sure we wont faceplant. LSU, Bama and OM will compete for the west with Arky as a darkhorse IMO>

I'm not sure... the schedule sets up great with Bammer, LSU, Arky, and UT at home. Of course, we were a better road team last year so take that FWIW.
I was worried about the game at South Carolina - but they lost a lot with early draft entries (J. Cook, E. Cook, Munnerlyn)
If Bammer has a QB step up, they scare me the most in the West.

Arky,auburn and state are down.
It will be between LSU,OM,Bama. Not exactly the toughest year in the west.

Whats their OOC schedule look like? Looks like they get most of thier difficult in conference games at home.

better chance of Bama face-planting than Ole Miss.
Ole Miss lost a lot of close games and return a veteran QB.
Bama won every close game and start a QB with zero meaningful game experience.

Yeah we also play Southeastern Louisiana (FCS)

No face plant, but the third game at Vandy could be interesting. Johnson gives Hootie some problems every year.
