Been up since 4:30 am. Lots of thunder and lightning. Plenty of heavy rain in North Alabama and heading toward Georgia. Should ease up here in an hour or so but more and worse weather coming in late this afternoon. Get ready.

Hoping the storms die down a bit as they enter Georgia as they usually do but even if they do it’s going to be rough. To make it worse we won’t see the worst parts until after midnight.

Tornado Warning last night just before midnight was waved off halfway thru, thankfully.
It's always scary to see the meteorologist show your whole town in the path of their suspected tornado path range.
