Also, half the OT seems to be missing. What happened? Is chicken banning everyone?

Hi lunatic, how have you been? I want to thank you again for the advice you gave me. I've changed my diet and have been doing much better. it wasn't as hard to give up most things as I thought.

It's really not. Also, your taste buds will change as you eat new foods. A lot of things I thought i would never eat I'm now eating a lot of.
I've been doing great. I think my body is finally recalibrating to no gallbladder and I've been able to do a lot more than I was. Haven't missed any work or had to take nausea meds or anything like that anymore. Thanks for asking.

It's crazy how sweet things taste after you quit eating sugar for so long. Things you didn't think of being sweet before taste sweeter.
And sweeter things are way too sweet.
However, it doesn't take your body very long to get back into it's old habits either. Carbs are addictive as frick for me.

Glad to hear you are doing better.
I've noticed my taste buds have already adjusted to my new foods. I've also learned that portion control helps. I now eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 full ones.

Eating regular vanilla Greek yogurt makes me feel like I swallowing a bag of sugar. I've gotten so used to the plain that I can't stand the others.

My sister is a nurse at a gastro place. She's the one that told me about this when I was losing weight. Eating smaller meals then having healthy snacks in between is the best. Basically saying that you want to put something in your stomach every 3 hours.
BTW, I still hate Ohio State.
