Looks like our 21’ and 22’ teams pounding the rock
Bobo take note
Kirby fire Searels
Should have dominated that smaller ND def line

Yeah pretty frustrating seeing them have success with outside runs when we kept pounding inside zone all day.
Notre Dame is bad man. We should have beat them.

Penn St has an actual running QB and not a supposed running QB. Big difference.

Glad people are starting to realize the real problem.
Stacy Searles.

They are physical and keep the defense guessing. Also clever use of that dynamic white boy tight end or whatever

Incorrect
Allar is not a runner

Bobo is also the problem

Plot twist- neither is Gunner and Allar is better at it.

I miss creative play calling

No.
Even Kyle Shanahan would look bad with our O-line
Searles is the biggest issue.

Neither team impresses me. Warren is freaking good though. And I appreciate that even though Penn State doesn’t have dynamic receivers and everyone knows they’re going to run the ball, they do it anyways with nice variety in scheme and design. Our run game would be better with a better O line obviously, but it doesn’t help that our playbook seems to only have like 6 different running plays.

Uh, it’s Bobo too
While we are at it, throw Cooley in there as well

Not sure why you are even talking about allar running lol
Their running backs are gashing on outside runs. Allar hasn't done shite on ground or in air. Lock in bro

Bobo/ whoever is supposed to be run game coordinator
Should be ashamed. Penn State broke tendencies early and gashed Notre Dame blitzing and then has been pounding them on the ground. Props to them for running same plays until they stop you.
Also super creative in getting their best player the ball.

We were 102 out of 134 teams in the running game for 2024 despite having the most highly sought after linemen in the country. We 'telegraph' most of our runs. We love to pull two linemen from right-to-left at the same time we pull one lineman from left-to-right. Way too complicated. Often, our RB stands EIGHT yards deep and takes 'forever' to get back to the LOS. And, our short-yardage game on offense is atrocious.
All this is from bad coaching.

Are we allowed to point out that Georgia's offense may have looked a lot more competent against ND with Carson Beck? I know that everyone is content to assume that, based on 2024, they know everything possible about Beck, Bobo and Searels, while disregarding everything that happened in 2023, because everybody knows that offense was only about Bowers and McConkey.
Nevertheless, it's possible that the extra month could have resulted in an offense that operated much better against ND than what we saw with a first time starter at QB. I've seen this staff do it before, when they fielded one of the most efficient offenses in the country for an entire season despite multiple injuries to key players.

I suspect we would have won with Beck, not a knock on Stockton, really an indictment on not getting Stockton more live reps as the season went in.

Can't run your offense and plays when the O-line can't block for shite.
It all starts up front, anyone who knows football knows this.
Coley.
And he ain't going anywhere just due to his recruiting prowess but I'd be fine with getting a dedicated WR c. oach in here and making Coley our recruiting coordinator.

Pretty sure that's Searles.

Which is Searels and no creative play calling is Bobo abs Kirby is responsible
That is how it works. He can fix it
